🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of swimming coaches
2. Develop structured swimming programs for all levels (baby, toddler, children, and teens)
3. Ensure high-quality coaching standards and safety protocols
4. Monitor and evaluate coach performance
5. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and management
6. Organize training schedules and coach development programs
✅ Requirements:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Fluent in English (spoken & written)
4. Deep knowledge of swimming techniques and training methods (from babies to teenagers)
5. Experience in swimming coaching or related field is highly preferred
6. Passionate, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
