Sustainability Intership (Paid)
Location: Tangerang
Internship Duration: 3 months (On-site)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to join our
team in supporting various sustainability initiatives, including ESG and impact
reporting, environmental health and safety (EHS), and other sustainability-related
projects across our company sites. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in sustainability operations within the recycling and
plastic supply chain sector.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Sustainability Head in preparing sustainability reports, including
monthly ESG and impact reports for investors and grantee providers.
● Assist the Sustainability Head in managing sustainability documents and
maintaining an organized report and document database.
● Record, report, and monitor safety issues in a timely and structured manner,
including supporting the implementation of EHS training programs across
departments and facilities.
● Contribute to various sustainability projects led by the Sustainability Head,
including social and environmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Environmental Science,
Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety (K3),
or other related fields.
● Strong foundational knowledge of sustainability, EHS, ESG, and environmental
reporting.
● Comfortable with daily and weekly reporting tasks.
● Strong written communication skills, particularly in English.
● Highly motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
● Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Familiarity with sustainability reporting, SOPs, HIRADC, and safety procedures
is a plus—especially strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
