Job Descriptions
Manage Technical Aspects of Monthly Events
- Ideation and Topic Development: Collaborate with LS team to brainstorm and develop engaging and relevant topics for monthly events.
- Invitation Management: Design and distribute invitations to clients, stakeholders, and target audiences, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Success Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each event, including attendance, engagement, and feedback.
Assist ESG & Sustainability Associate with Supplier Management
- Supplier List Updates: Regularly update the supplier list by contacting points of contact (PIC) and managing vendor information.
- Vendor Management: Support the ESG & Sustainability Associate in managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to sustainability and ESG standards.
ESG Reporting
- ESG Reporting Outline: Create and organize a detailed table of contents for the 2024 ESG report.
- Reporting Standards: Research and suggest appropriate ESG reporting standards that the company can adopt to enhance transparency and compliance.
- Tool Identification: Identify and recommend tools or software that can facilitate effective ESG reporting and data management.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with event planning, project management tools, and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office & Google Suites)
- Understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices
- Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly
- Ability to negotiate contracts is an advantage
