Job Title: Surveyor Lapangan – Domisili Bali

Job Description:
- Technical Measurement: Responsible for accurate setting out, marking, layout alignment, verticality checks, and level measurements using surveying instruments.
- Site Surveying: Measuring boundaries, grid lines, and building points (marking as kolom) before construction execution.
- Data Recording: Keeping precise structural records, maintaining a field notebook (Buku Ukur), and processing survey data into AutoCAD/Excel formats.
- Equipment Care: Safely handling, maintaining, and calibrating high-value optical survey instruments (Total Station / Theodolite / Waterpass).
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in building construction or luxury villa projects.
- Must be currently domiciled or permanently residing in Bali.
- Proficient in operating Total Station, Theodolite, Waterpass, and processing data into AutoCAD.
- High attention to detail, precision-oriented, and strong physical condition for active outdoor field conditions.
- Fully adaptive to a strict Rigid Work Discipline environment.
