Designation : Support Analyst – (Job Code 909)
Location : Singapore / Only Singaporean or SPR can apply
Main responsibilities
Inside the team, the successful candidate will:
- Provide level 1 and level 2 application support (technical and functional) to a portfolio of Corporate IT and Security applications.
- Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests coming from users
- Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data and tickets
- Supervise and monitor daily and monthly jobs and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams
- Propose and implement automations to improve support activity
- Prepare and maintain support documentation
- Candidate should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
- Good communication
Qualifications and Profile
- The position requires 5+ years of experience in supporting or developing applications
- Possesses strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Technical background (knowledge in databases, application servers and programming languages)
- Possesses strong communication skills in English
- Strong perseverance, diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
- Self-motivated, flexible and an excellent team player
Nice to have
- Experience in shell scripting
- Experience supporting SharePoint solutions
- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management domain is an advantage
