We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, including inventory management, procurement coordination, production planning, and logistics operations to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to support business operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, production, and sales teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, inventory records, and related documentation.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimize disruptions.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Control, Procurement, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics operations.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
