🚨 WE’RE HIRING: Supply Chain Specialist (Inventory & Logistics) for Meiji Indonesia

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, logistics, and distribution planning.
What you’ll do:
• Create delivery schedules and optimize logistics routes
• Coordinate 3PL and monitor OTIF performance
• Manage inventory data and provide stock analysis
• Support distributor operations and trade marketing data needs
• Monitor logistics costs and transporter performance
• Prepare monthly operational & performance reports
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Inventory / FMCG Operations
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Familiar with WMS and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
