Currently we are hiring Supply Chain Manager. Are you the one who fit with us?
Job Descriptions:
1) Analyze product needs and demand based on market and vendor data.
2) Coordinate with vendors to place product orders in accordance with forecasts and needs.
3) Manage and oversee the inbound inventory process through to warehouse storage.
4) Control the distribution of goods to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with operational targets.
5) Integrate supply chain data with the marketing team to support campaign activities.
6) Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
7) Approve the procurement process after conducting an evaluation with the FAT team.
Requirements :
1) 1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2) At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing/Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics, with at least 2 years at the supervisor/manager level. Experience as a wholesale manager is a plus.
3) Understand end-to-end supply chain processes, from demand planning, procurement, and inventory management to warehousing and distribution.
4) Possess skills in inventory control and stock management, including monitoring stock levels, stock accuracy, slow-moving items, dead stock, and stock turnover.
5) Understand procurement and supplier management processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, lead time monitoring, and supplier performance.
6) Able to conduct demand and supply planning based on sales data, business needs, and inventory conditions.
7) Possess data analysis skills to identify supply chain issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
8) Familiar with Odoo or other supply chain systems and proficient in Excel or spreadsheet software is a must.
9) Possess leadership and team management skills to guide, coach, and evaluate team performance.
10) Able to coordinate across functions with the Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
11) Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in handling stock and supplier issues.
