Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, or Production Planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably experienced in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, demand forecasting, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of resources and on-time product delivery.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and material shortages.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, R&D, and Sales teams to align production plans with business requirements.
- Analyze sales forecasts and create production schedules based on demand planning.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and stock control processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes and inventory performance.
- Monitor PPIC KPIs, including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, production adherence, and service levels.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to management regarding production and inventory strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the PPIC team to achieve departmental objectives.
