Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse, PPIC, procurement, or logistics, with at least 1–2 years in a Manager role.
- Preferably experienced in a brand company, especially those selling through marketplaces/e-commerce such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online channels.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in a brand company and capable of performing forecasting and stock planning based on sales data, campaigns, and operational needs.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control concepts, including minimum stock, safety stock, stock aging, stock opname, and stock accuracy.
- Experienced in managing operational teams and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly KPIs; data-driven with the ability to produce detailed and accurate operational analyses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsive, with a high sense of urgency, and able to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
Job Description:
- Manage and ensure the smooth execution of the supply chain process, including demand planning, purchasing coordination, inventory control, warehouse flow, and fulfillment.
- Plan stock requirements based on historical sales, sales forecasts, marketplace campaigns, monthly promotions, and specific sales events.
- Ensure optimal stock availability across all sales channels, especially marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Control buffer stock, safety stock, reorder points, slow-moving and fast-moving items, and aging stock.
- Coordinate with marketplace/e-commerce teams, warehouse, purchasing, finance, and production/vendors to ensure product availability aligns with business needs.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, stock transfers, returns, and stock opname processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Identify risks such as stockouts, overstocking, delivery delays, and stock discrepancies, and conduct process evaluations to implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses related to inventory, inventory turnover, forecasting, fill rate, and overall supply chain performance
- Manage and guide the supply chain/warehouse team to ensure operations run effectively, with discipline, and in line with targets.
