What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and coordinating incoming goods.
- Coordinate inventory movement and warehouse processes to ensure accurate and efficient stock handling.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including communication, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential issues related to stock availability, accuracy, and warehouse operations.
- Analyze operational data and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, manage, and develop the warehouse/inbound team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in inbound operations, inventory coordination, and warehouse processes.
- Experience in vendor/supplier management, including communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Good understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
