Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily inventory activities in the warehouse, including inbound and outbound goods flow, to ensure stock accuracy and smooth operational processes.
- Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure all inventory movements are properly recorded and aligned with company procedures.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems such as FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) to ensure product quality and prevent stock losses or expiration.
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counting) and reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout arrangements to maximize storage efficiency, improve accessibility, and support smooth warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and related departments to ensure timely inbound and outbound goods movement.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock movement analysis, and inventory performance summaries using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, and other advanced functions).
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking, stock updates, and reporting.
- Handle large inventory databases and ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and systematic record keeping.
- Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
- Assist in delivery coordination or operational support when required, including driving company vehicles for inventory-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Transportation Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related roles
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes
- Familiar with inbound and outbound goods flow
- Understands inventory systems such as FIFO, FEFO, warehouse layout arrangement, and stock opname procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, and other functions)
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems
- Experienced in handling large databases
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to drive both manual and automatic cars (SIM A)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
