supply chain management officer

Job Description :

- Prepare production request documents based on confirmed POs

- Coordinate with Production Planning Team / Factory to confirm manufacturing schedule

- Monitor production progress and delivery timelines

- Prepare export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, required shipping documents)

- Coordinate shipment scheduling with logistics partners

- Support local import clearance procedures upon arrival in Indonesia

- Ensure correct declaration of BPOM/MOH registration codes

- Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory teams

- Confirm goods receipt at APL (3PL warehouse) and CNI internal warehouse

- Monitor stock levels, batch tracking, and expiry management

- Update inventory system records accurately

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements within the supply chain process

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards in all supply chain activities.

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of work experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
5. Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
8. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supplier management is an added advantage.
9. Willingness to work collaboratively in a team and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
