Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of import processes, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
- Experienced with ERP/WMS or Inventory Management Systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including import planning, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop strategic supply chain plans to support the company's growth over the next 2–5 years.
- Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, with accurate inventory control and optimized storage.
- Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop, and empower the Supply Chain team to achieve operational excellence.
