Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or any related field
- Final year students or fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Internship experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a neat and organized working style
- Strong interest in the oil and gas industry, particularly drilling tools and rig equipment
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn about procurement processes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Description
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing suppliers and collecting price quotations
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders
- Help maintain procurement files, vendor lists, and documentation in an organized manner
- Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, order confirmation, and required documents
- Assist in comparing quotations and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and lead time
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager
