Deskripsi pekerjaan Supply Chain Inventory Control Specialist PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for preparing inventory stock reports in the warehouse on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Preparing final reports on remaining stock in the warehouse and total stock movement (inbound and outbound) at the end of each month for Finance team reporting purposes.
- Responsible for monitoring low stock levels and promptly initiating inbound requests from the factory/manufacturing to the warehouse.
- Providing product forecasts as a reference for management and product development in determining the quantity of new product orders to toll manufacturers.
- Issuing notifications for slow-moving and near-expired products.
- Responsible for handling discussions via e-commerce chat related to returns or product exchanges.
- Responsible for preparing forms and stock for inbound and outbound distribution from the warehouse to third parties.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain (FMCG/beauty industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory and production planning.
- Proficient in Excel/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, good communicator, and strong problem-solving skills.
