Job Description
- Assist the Supply Chain team in daily operational activities.
- Support data collection, data entry, and data validation related to inventory, procurement, and logistics.
- Monitor stock movement and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders regarding operational requirements.- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and supply chain performance analysis.
- Maintain and organize supply chain documents and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification - Final-year student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics processes is a plus.
