Deskripsi pekerjaan Supply Chain & Inventory Associate Abill Indonesia Jaya
PT Abill Indonesia Jaya, part of THE SKIN FACTORY Co., Ltd. (holding company of NACIFIC & KUNDAL), is looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Associate to support daily supply chain and inventory operations across all brands. This role will focus on inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and operational execution to ensure smooth product flow and data reliability.
As our Supply Chain & Inventory Associate, you will:
- Support daily supply chain and inventory operations, including inbound and outbound coordination
- Maintain and update accurate stock data across systems (ERP/WMS) and physical inventory
- Monitor stock movement and ensure data consistency between warehouse and system records
- Execute delivery orders, inbound processes, and coordinate with 3PL/warehouse partners
- Handle product bundling/unbundling for campaigns and operational needs
- Conduct stock opname and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare inventory and operational reports for tracking and decision-making
- Support cross-functional coordination for campaign, sales, and warehouse activities
If you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations (FMCG/beauty industry is preferred)
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and experienced in working with 3PL partners
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock allocation, and audit processes
- Basic understanding of demand planning and order fulfillment flow
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Intermediate English proficiency (Korean is a plus)
- Willing to work WFO (Monday–Friday) in Sudirman, South Jakarta
