· Drive, plan and control portfolio (Role related)
- You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to implement portfolio growth, adjustments and management.

· Plan, execute and monitor partner acquisition plan and SOP
- Research and onboard potential new supplier partners
- Negotiate and strive for win-win partnerships that value add to each other’s businesses
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supplier acquisition
- Troubleshoot operations issues and solve them
- Manage staff and external service providers to ensure seamless service to our customers.
· Build and track daily operations metrics and dashboards
- Ensure fulfilment of key performance indicators of onboarding targets and roadmap
- Oversee supplier inventory, facilities, as well as distribution of goods and services
- Forecast inventory requirements, sales velocity, stock expiry.
- Optimize working capital efficiency together with operations and fulfilment teams
· Find ways to improve the efficiency of processes
- Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction with service delivery and ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Manage budgets and costs effectively
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Finance or Accounting or Operations or any related discipline
- 0 – 5 years of experience in operations at a startup/corporate environment
- Proficient in project management and cloud inventory systems
- Expertise in resource planning and operating systems
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of workflow management
- Experience in responding to complaints and maintaining safety standards
- Experience in project planning, scheduling and recovery support
