Kualifikasi
- Diploms/Bachelor's in Hospitality/Management/Business or related
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory/head level in FnB business (Eatery/Coffee shop/Horeca)
- Experience handling and managing people (minimum 35 people) in operational/ fast-paced setting enviroment
- Proven strong leadership and team work
- Having customer-focused mindset
- Excellent with communication, decision making, and handling customer/vendor
- Having experience dealing with vendor and budget management
- Shift based schedule
Job Description
- Oversee and monitor all front and back of the cafe & restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
