Minimum education Senior High School/Vocational School or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in restaurant service or a similar role.
Familiar with and able to consistently execute the Sequence of Service, including welcoming guests, handling reservations, escorting guests to tables, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and closing service.
Good English communication skills.
Polite communication style, positive attitude, and pleasant personality.
Able to work well in a team and serve as a good role model for junior staff.
Disciplined, responsible, and guest-oriented.
Willing to work full-time with flexible/shift hours.
Neat and professional appearance.
Physically and mentally fit, able to work in a dynamic restaurant environment.
