Noob Padel are looking for Store Manager/Head Store in YOGYAKARTA!

Job Description

- Manage daily store operations (front desk, bookings, and customer service)

- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards

- Supervise, schedule, and monitor staff performance

- Handle daily sales and operational reporting

- Maintain store facilities (courts, equipment, and overall cleanliness)

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotion and events

Requirements

- Minimum high school diploma (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus)

- 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or store manager (preferably in retail, sports, or hospitality)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in handling team operations and daily store activities

- Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills

- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Interest in sports (padel/tennis is a plus)
