Supervisor tax

PT Asiacross Investindo is seeking a skilled Tax Senior Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. If you have a strong background in tax accounting and a passion for financial excellence, will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervision & Team Leadership: Oversee and review the daily operations of the accounting and tax team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and deadline adherence.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Direct the preparation, filing, and reporting of all corporate tax returns (SPT Masa & Tahunan) in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax legislation.
• Financial & Tax Analysis: Analyze complex financial statements, identify potential tax risks, and evaluate cost-saving opportunities to optimize the company’s financial outcome.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with management to streamline accounting workflows and operational tax processes during organizational restructuring.
• Audit & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and cross-functional departments regarding financial and tax-related matters.
• Leadership Development: Participate in structured management grooming programs to prepare for higher leadership and managerial responsibilities within the organization.

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Taxation, Public Accounting, Economics, or a related field is often preferred.
• Strong background in tax accounting or a similar role.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and tax roles, with a proven track record in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• Proficiency in tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong team management potential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification :

Relevant certifications (finance, accounting or tax) preferable.
