In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax accounting processes and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. Key responsibilities include managing tax reporting, preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax planning, and advising clients on tax-efficient strategies. You will also be involved in training junior staff, mentoring new hires, and contributing to the development of internal processes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. We seek candidates who are eager to contribute to the growth of Mitra Consulting Group. To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for individuals with between 3 to 5 years of experience in tax consulting firm with diverse situations and clients. Certification in tax (i.e., Brevet AB, USKP A) is highly desirable. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, have good leardership and capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
