Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure all activities run according to company standards.
• Lead, coach, and monitor store team performance to achieve sales and service targets.
• Drive sales performance through effective selling strategies, customer relationship, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent customer service, store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand image.
• Manage inventory accuracy, store assets, and operational documentation.
• Plan and execute brand activation, events, trunk shows, pop-ups, community activities, and promotional programs.
• Build strong local networks in Bali or Surabaya, especially within retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, community, hotel, café, mall, and creative industry.
• Act as a project manager for activities that can increase store traffic, customer database, sales conversion, and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular sales, operational, inventory, event, and project reports for management.
