Qualifications – Spa Supervisor
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role in a spa, hotel, resort, wellness center, or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, or similar position is preferred.
- Relevant spa, wellness, beauty, or therapist certification is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, hygiene, sanitation, and spa SOPs.
- Strong ability to lead, supervise, and motivate the spa team while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to manage daily spa operations, staff schedules, treatment bookings, and guest concerns.
- Positive attitude, passionate about wellness and hospitality, and guest-oriented.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to join immediately.
