Job Description
ARUNI BALI Jimbaran Boutique Villa is looking for a Spa Supervisor to lead our Spa & Wellness operation and deliver a professional, personalized, and memorable experience for our guests. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating therapists, maintaining service standards, and supporting the development of our Spa & Wellness business.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily Spa & Wellness operations
2. Supervise and coordinate spa therapists and treatment schedules
3. Handle guest bookings, inquiries, and feedback
4. Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene
5. Monitor treatment quality and guest satisfaction
6. Coordinate with independent therapists and manage revenue-sharing arrangements
7. Work closely with Front Office and other departments
8. Support spa promotions and revenue-generating initiatives
9. Assist management in improving spa services and operations
Requirements
-Female, maximum 35 years old
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Spa & Wellness supervision
-Hands-on experience in massage and body treatments
-Familiar with spa operations and booking systems
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Good team coordination and problem-solving abilities
-Able to work independently and manage therapists professionally
-Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
-Good command of English is preferred
