**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, support, and monitor spa staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
* Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest concerns appropriately.
* Monitor spa cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Manage stock levels, treatment supplies, and operational inventory.
* Support promotional activities and help drive revenue growth.
* Prepare reports related to operations, staff performance, and spa activities.
* Coordinate with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
**Job Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Good knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operational procedures.
* Service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
* Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
