Qualification:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/rental preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa indonesia
Job Description:
- Supervise and guide sales staff in daily activities and performance.
- Monitor individual and team targets, provide coaching and motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Implement sales programs, promotions, and strategies as directed by the City Manager and Manager Sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of leads, prospects, and sales reports by all sales team members.
- Support the team in handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Evaluate sales effectiveness and recommend improvements for achieving better results.
- Support coordination with financial institutions to facilitate vehicle financing for customers.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all sales records are properly updated.
