SUPERVISOR RETAIL - PALEMBANG
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Analyze, monitor, and periodically evaluate the achievement of outlet sales performance.
- Check and estimate the need for ordering items for outlets.
- Monitor and control the effectiveness of costs incurred by outlets.
- Monitor and control stock inventory in the outlet warehouse.
- Perform Stock Opname according to the predetermined schedule.
- Manage and monitor the outlet administration process.
- Maintain communication and relations with the surrounding environment.
REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, marketing, or sales.
- Mastering products and spare parts.
- Mastering the CRM system.
- Mastering sales techniques and strategies.
- Mastering consumer complaint handling techniques.
- Understand the bicycle mechanic system.
- Having an interest in sports, especially cycling
