Responsibilities

Customer service: Handle customer complaints and feedback
Reporting: Provide oral and written reports to the company on the restaurant's operations
Collaboration: Work with the manager to ensure the performance of all staff
Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role, such as a restaurant supervisor or coordinator
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office
