- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to maintain ONNI’s premium service standards
- Ensure consistency in food, beverage, and guest experience quality
- Handle guest relations, reservations, and special events with a personalized approach
- Lead, train, and motivate service and bar teams to deliver excellent hospitality
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations and service flow
- Oversee inventory control, daily sales reports, and overall team performance
- Maintain a welcoming, elegant, and Instagrammable dining atmosphere both indoors and in the garden area
- Able to work at ONNI Garden House Jakarta
