Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, Quality Management, Product Development, or related fields.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software).
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of product development processes and quality requirements in manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and management review activities.
- Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support new product development activities from a quality perspective.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
