REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Apothecary.

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Production Supervisor/Leader in cosmetics, PKRT, or pharma.

Strong understanding of BPOM (CPKB) and (Kemenkes) PKRT regulations.

Familiar with mixing, filling, capping, and packaging machines for liquid, semi-solid, and powder products.

Strong leadership and conflict management abilities.

Able to analyze production troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with quality systems (CPPKRTB/CPKB).
