Job Description:
- Plan production and scheduling
- Coordinate the procurement of production materials
- Oversee the production process
- Maintain production equipment
- Control product quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field as a Production Supervisor
- Experience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct strategic planning
- Able to join immediately
- Work location: Gunung Sindur, Bogor
