About the role
As a Supervisor Production (In Vitro Diagnostic) at PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production processes for our in-vitro diagnostic products. This full-time position is based in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, and will involve leading a team of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities of the manufacturing team
- Monitor and optimise production workflows to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Provide training and development support to production staff to upskill the team
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve production issues
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on production metrics and KPIs
- Make improvement regarding efficiency cost
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical device industry
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes, rapid test, PCR, etc
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and process improvement methodologies
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
