Supervisor Production (Domisili Bali)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Supervisor to lead our production team. This role oversees fiberglass lay-up, laminating, and finishing processes, ensuring yachts are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily fiberglass production activities.Ensure proper application of resins, gelcoats, and reinforcements.Maintain strict quality control and safety procedures.Train and guide team members, fostering a professional work environment.Collaborate with production management on schedules and resources.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fiberglass yacht production (mandatory).Strong knowledge of composite materials and marine manufacturing.Proven leadership and team management skills.Hands-on problem-solving approach in workshop supervision.Proficiency in English communication.Willing to work full-time on-site in Gianyar, Bali.
