About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor PPIC to join our dynamic team at PT YKK Zipper Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in Cimanggis, West Java. As a Supervisor PPIC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations to support our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery
- Manage and supervise a team of PPIC personnel, providing guidance and support
- Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimise stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to align production with market demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in analysing data and generating meaningful insights to drive operational improvements
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
