SPV PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as a SPV People Development. This position will be responsible for supporting employee learning programs, competency development, and engagement initiatives to enhance overall workforce performance and growth.
What Will You Do?
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Learning & Development (L&D) programs to support organizational goals and employee growth.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps across departments to develop effective learning strategies.
- Design and manage annual training calendars, development roadmaps, and learning initiatives for employees at all levels.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and business impact analysis, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, leadership development programs, and employee development activities as needed.
- Partner with department heads and management teams to identify talent development opportunities and align development programs with business objectives.
- Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives to strengthen employee experience and performance.
- Manage external training vendors, facilitators, and learning partners to ensure quality and cost-effective development programs.
- Monitor and analyze learning and development metrics, preparing regular reports and insights for management.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders to support professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the People Development team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning methods to enhance organizational capability.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects, programs, or teams.
- Strong knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA), competency development, instructional design, learning management, and employee development programs.
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs from end to end.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
- Experience in employee engagement, culture development, talent management, or succession planning is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
