As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure every customer receives the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure all procedures follow company SOPs.
- Supervise opening, shift handover, and closing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and comfort throughout the bar and customer areas.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition and report operational issues.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and help control ingredient usage.
2. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead the team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance throughout each shift.
- Prepare or assist with staff schedules based on outlet needs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Support the training and development of baristas and other outlet staff.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
3. Product Quality and Customer Experience
- Ensure all products are prepared according to Eightyone Coffee quality standards.
- Monitor recipe consistency, coffee calibration, hygiene, and product presentation.
- Ensure the team delivers warm, genuine, and professional service.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Lead by example in creating memorable customer experiences.
4. Administration and Reporting
- Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are completed accurately according to SOPs.
- Prepare reports on outlet operations, inventory, sales, and important incidents.
- Monitor outlet performance and identify operational challenges.
- Submit updates and reports to management on time.
- Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Head Barista or Outlet Supervisor.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in coffee shops or specialty coffee.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused, quality-oriented, and results-driven.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to make sound operational decisions.
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Starbucks, % Arabica, Fore Coffee, Kopi Kenangan, Tomoro Coffee, Tuku, Flash Coffee, Excelso, or other coffee shop and restaurant brands will be an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
- F&B outlet operations
