We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all MEP installations are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP construction activities on site.
Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review and interpret shop drawings and technical documents to ensure proper implementation on site.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or technical issues.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Analyze site issues and propose practical technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
Calculate material quantities and monitor material usage on site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist the Project Manager in tracking project progress, quality control, and site coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role.
Proven experience working on villa, apartment, hospitality, commercial, or residential construction projects.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to be based on project sites in Bali.
