Job Description
- Lead and oversee technical support activities across sales processes, tenders, and client engagements
- Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate mechanical and electrical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Review and validate technical documents, proposals, and sales support materials to ensure accuracy and quality
- Represent the technical function in client meetings and deliver structured technical presentations
- Supervise the preparation of technical materials and ensure timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Oversee quality control processes for incoming goods from suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards
- Review QC reports and coordinate closely with warehouse and supply chain teams for issue resolution
- Support and supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities when required
- Manage customer technical issues, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and components
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quality control capabilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site technical support
- Experience in industrial supply, automation, railway, or electrical trading industries is preferred
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in commissioning and field troubleshooting is an advantage
