QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain, preferably in the garment/manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in warehouse management, inventory control, material handling, and distribution.
- Good understanding of FIFO, stock control, warehouse systems, and material flow management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
- Able to manage and supervise a team effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred/required depending on company needs.
- Willing to be placed in Boyolali, Central Java.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Logistics Operations : Supervise daily logistics activities, including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, issuing, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Inventory Control : Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and material availability while ensuring proper documentation and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Material Flow Management : Coordinate the flow of raw materials, accessories, finished goods, and other materials between warehouse and production areas according to production requirements.
- Warehouse Management : Ensure proper warehouse organization, storage systems, material identification, FIFO implementation, and compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Delivery & Distribution : Coordinate internal and external material deliveries and ensure goods are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Team Supervision : Supervise logistics and warehouse staff, including manpower allocation, work performance, discipline, and daily task assignments.
- Reporting & Improvement : Prepare logistics and inventory reports and identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
