Supervisor Logistic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conduct stock opname process according to schedule to ensure conformity of physical stock with the system.
2. Supervise the process of receiving (inbound) to issuing (outbound) goods according to applicable procedures/SOPs.
3. Lead/supervise all warehouse staff to orderly procedures & administration of all goods movements in the warehouse, so that stock accuracy is always well maintained.
4. Make reports regarding stock administration, warehouse problems & stock control evaluations, to be used as routine briefing materials to related work divisions.
5. Evaluate the neatness of physical stock of goods, warehouse cleanliness, administrative files & all warehouse report data.
6. Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment.
8. Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
9. Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
11. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
12. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Able to speak and write English fluently.
2. Education D3/S1 All Majors.
3. Has 5 years of work experience as a leader in the field of warehousing, stock logistics, & inventory.
4. Knowledge of logistics operations, laws, and regulations.
5. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
6. Ability to quickly adapt to change.
7. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
8. Ability to solve complex problems is critical and multi task.
9. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
10. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
11. Willing to travel if required.
12. Preferably has work experience working on warehouse administration & shipping (expedition).
13. Have computer skills (Ms. Excel) & detail on statistical data accuracy.
14. Have leadership & good communication skills in public.
