Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital strategy, preferably within beauty and/or fragrance categories.
- Proven track record of planning and executing KOL strategies that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion.
- Hands-on experience managing both always-on and campaign-based activations.
- Experience supervising or mentoring a small team of strategists

- Highly analytical and capable of processing and interpreting data.
- Strong strategic thinking skills; able to translate insights into clear, actionable plans that balance virality, credibility, and brand desirability.
- Creative thinker who can identify fresh angles and ideas that elevate brand storytelling.
- Strong awareness of social trends and content formats driving brand and product discovery across platforms.
- Strong familiarity with creator segments across the beauty and/or fragrance landscape.
- Skilled in influencer tiering, segmentation, and KPI setting.
- Proficient in using KOL management and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Organized, analytical, and adaptable to fast-changing social media and beauty trends.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with creators and talent agencies.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product teams.
- Empathetic and structured leader who can guide and develop team members
