PENEMPATAN : BEKASI SELATAN
DESKRIPSI KERJA :
- Mengelola operasional klinik agar berjalan sesuai standart
- Memonitoring kinerja staff operasional
- Membuat jadwal kegiatan kerja untuk staff
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan mengenai operasional dan pencapaian sales
- membuat strategi promosi dan marketing untuk meningkatkan sales
- membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan revisit & kunjungan pasien baru
- memastikan service excelent & mengelola kepuasan pasien
KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai aesthetic clinic supervisor /setara
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi, jujur dan disiplin
