Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for BYD's innovative lineup of electric cars. Your main duties will include:
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to maximize market penetration and sales volume.
Performance Monitoring:
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Customer Experience:
Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and product knowledge, resulting in high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.
Market Insight:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify opportunities.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth delivery processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the automotive (especially EV), electronics, or premium retail industries.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. Knowledge of the EV market is a significant advantage.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
