- Monitor employee attendance and discipline
- Manage KPI assessment and training programs
- Supervise recruitment and employment administration
- Monitor payroll processes
- Analyze manpower needs and organizational structure
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct active sourcing and maintain talent pools
- Coordinate with users and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress
- Develop and manage HRGA systems, policies, and procedures
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR Management, including recruitment, HR administration, HR work programs, and KPI management
- Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and implementation is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Honest, loyal, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
