For Our Client Site South Sumatra
PT Surya Utama International is currently looking for an experienced Supervisor HRGA to join our client’s team and support HRGA operations in a mining environment.
📍 Placement: South Sumatra
🏭 Industry: Mining
🔄 Work System: Roster / Site-Based
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in the mining industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, industrial relations, recruitment, and general affairs
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Based in South Sumatra
• Willing to work with a roster/site-based working system
