1. A bachelor’s degree in Law/Management/Psychology, or a related field, prior experience at least 3 years.
2. Understand the end-to-end recruitment process
3. Have an understanding of BPJS-TK, BPJS-Kesehatan.
4. Knowledge of GA functions, including facility management, vendor relations, and office operations.
5. Ability to strategize and implement HR and GA policies and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
6. Excellent proficiency in English is a MUST.
7. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
8. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
9. Work in fast paced and professional environment.
10. Working Hours : Monday - Saturday
11. Location : Balaraja, Tangerang.
